"The King answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth it is, that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing thou couldest reveal this secret" Daniel 2:47
Revelation is the advanced stage of Doctrine. Doctrine only makes you a religious person but revelation through the Holy Spirit will make you know who God really is.Revelation, from the word "Reveal", means to make a hidden secret known. There are lots of secrets about the being of God and His creatures of which His Spirit alone can make it known to those who seek after it.
If you really want to grow as a Christian, you must pursue "Revelational Knowledge".
